"Fortunately i was with StateFarm with Sylvia as my insurance agent when this unfortunate accident happened! When the heavy rain fall that we had here in houston created puddles that damaged my undercarriage of my car, Sylvia could tell how important my car is to me and went over and beyond to help set me up with the right body shop, get me a rental and help iron out all the details during a stressful time for me.
